The contractors in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the contractor directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about contractors helps us keep our network honest, and a contractor who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Englandpretty Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work or make decisions for a contractor.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the contractor. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
